As a seasoned admissions representative with another company moving to a new opportunity, I have the ability to retake the Online Admissions Training again. For new admissions employees, this certainly provides an invaluable tool, however this is a good way to make sure we get "back to basics" as seasoned representatives as well. As an admissions employee, we should ensure that compliance is key and sticking with the basics helps us with that.
