Distance or online education programs must develop and maintain quality educational options to successfully compete with conventional academic offerings; institutions cannot maintain a competitive edge solely from innovation of the online delivery format. The quality of online programs lies at the heart of the effort to attract more learners to online learning and to provide them with comparable—if not better—education quality than they can get by attending classes on campus. A quality educational program begins with the development of quality courses.

In a learning Technology is a new effective way of learning, everything is computerized and Now in these day students dont want to read, but there are diffenent kinds of learning.

The Quality of the Outline Course is to be prepared on class assignments with syllabus, study guides, and be ready to answer question that the students may have.

Syllabus is very important information that a student should always have first day of the class. It is like a GPS or road map for learners to follow learning activities and follow the outline of their reading materials and assignments.

Nowadays we need to adopt the new tecnology like when you go online classes or traditional.Learners can participate easily in online courses by using the new technology where ever you are and using your own phase of time.

Teaching is sharing your knowledge.Be prepared everytime you have a class and use your prep time so that when you are in the front of the class you know what your doing and you can answer any question they will ask you.

I am concerned about exams online. How do I gave an exam and know that it is truly accounting for the students understanding of the material. In a traditional class, they are given with no open books, etc. How do we get the same type of results giving online exams?

Today's online students are better prepared for the modern workplace, which is mostly digital, and completely computerized. Our students are prepared for the modern corporate business plan of working with co-workers around the globe through virtual tools.

When students engage in cheating and other dishonest behavior, and it is allowed to go unchecked, we all suffer. For starters the student does not learn the material. That student enters the workforce unprepared and cannot advance. Further the employer will perceive the student's learning institution poorly because of the student's deficiencies.

By learning these techniques and proper preparation, Online Instructors can bring their real world experience, and teaching skills, to millions of students who otherwise would have no access to higher education.

I found success this semester with assigning a podcast or webinar to participate in, and then we have a discussion in class about the topic. Additionally, I have asked students to find current events related to our topic and introduce their story in class. I found that the transition from outside (class) to inside was well received and enthusiactically supported. I remind them that they are learning the skill of talking about our dynamic industry and using terms they will use when they engage colleagues or potential employers. The presentation helps to facilitate the aformentioned future experiences. I would be happy to hear of other variances of this type of process.
