I agree that today's workforce, including nursing is becoming more digital. That is one of the reasons that I think online learning helps prepare the students for the digital work environment.

I think based on my international experience that European is not prepare for online learning.
They are thinking that all courses are less value.
I disagree and the same time we should try to engage the European Universities to start the good quality online learning process.
