Learned a lot, this course helped me with my job, I am more capable to assist students in very professional ways.

Quizlet.com is a digital flashcard website with interactive assignments and games. It's particularly good for courses like Medical Terminology and Pharmacology.

I feel that this has provided me with additional trategies that I can implement both into my role as a successful leader on the campus as well as for the student experience.  THank you!  

Always be consistent, poiite and open to new ideas. This will go along way in any business.

Education can be challenging when you have many different types of learning styles in one classroom. Make sure that all students are encouraged to do thier best and make sure that they are included. Classroom observation is a great way to make sure instructors are up to date in the information that they are giving out. 

Retention of students should be one of the main goals for a school.  Retention will bring these positive outcomes to all involed. The school will be seen as a good school. The school will be an asset to the community it is in. Students will seek out the school due to its success rate. The school will have more students and a be more profitable

1. Listen to their words

2. Listen to their voice

3. Watch their body language

4. Evaluate how they feel.

 Our students are our customers. We need to providen them good customer service by educating them well,  students are willing to pay more money if they are satisfied with the education they receive from the educators and will recommend the school to others.

You can never go wrong being nice to others!

Will put this into use immediatley when dealing with studnets and found the iseads and suggestion to be very helpful

Currently we introduce several members of the team during orientation, however creating amore interactive orientation will be a fun way to change the status quo during that important first day.

This course has opened my views to review our current plan and improve upon it.

I have noticed that sending a weekly text to students wishing them a good day has opened up the student's communication with administrators and seeking more assistance when needed.

If you try to consistantly be as positive as you can with everyone, it will radiate.
