This was a very good experience.  I am new to the industry and this training program was very easy to read and understand.  It broke everything down into a very simple form so that all of the information was not overwhelmig.  The quizes through out the course were also beneficial; the more the information is repeated  the more likely I am to remember it.  The questions on the quizes and tests were worded very closely to how it was in the text so that also made it a little easier to remember the information.  Overall, this was a good course… >>>

This was a very helpful experience!  I appreciate all the information and now know where to get additional help and information to make my job as an admissions representative more effective to also find ways to help the potential students!  I look forward to the next class I take with FAPSC.

This was an excellent learning experience.  I am a veteran of 15 years and was delighted to see the ethics our school indulges in daily be part of this training.  Knowledge is the key to your success and well as your students.

This was a great training experience.  Even though I am a veteran, I learned some things.  This is great training for people new to the industry as well as veterans!!!  I really enjoyed it.

The course was great. I think that it is very important for all Admissions Reps to understand the rules and regulations of the trade. I would recommend this course to any Admissions Representative or any one looking to get into the field.

I feel this is a great training with wonderful information for everyone. No matter how long you have been in the business there is always more to learn. Great info glad we are required to take the class!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much content I learned about the school and how to deal with  customers.  I feel more prepared and confident now to  talk with prospective students and encourage them to reach their goals.  Our school is dynamic and forward thinking and I want the students to get what they want, and even what they don't know yet that they want :)

It is my goal to acquire new information daily, if possible. I like learning new things and although I feel like some of the knowledge I possess will only be useful for answering Jeopardy questions, this training added a wealth of information on regulatory changes and processes. I found it both interesting and informative. It was, in a word, awesome! Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to participate!

I agree with Kathy.  I really didn't know how much I'd take away from this online course.  But I actually took quite a bit away from the modules so far.

I got a lot out of the first module and am looking forward to the remaining modules.  At first, I was hesitant about the training - however, it is obvious that a lot of thought and preparation was done in creating this training program.  Thank you!

I found the training to be very infomative and relevant to my position.  The reference binder will be very useful in the future and will help me keep up to date on current information.

This was a great way to improve the departments, especially improve the Admissions Department.  I attended the conference in the past and it was must easier and cost effective. The training was very informative and keep us abreast of any updated changes.

I feel this training was very informative and helpful.  It did clear up areas that there were questions about.  I definately think it was worth the time and effort.  It was very clear and consise to navigate.
