I concur this was a great training for new reps and refresher for new reps. It gave me alot of insite on some things I was not aware.

Tria and Tanya, I agree.  This course was something that was interesting and managable.  I opted to separate the different sections and do one section each day, so that I'd have time to consume the information and think about it.  Now that I've completed it, I do feel that I have a better understand of what is required of me as an agent.
