This was very informative and helpful.  It is great to have resources like this to ensure I am in compliance with the Board.

This course opened my eyes to a few things I had not considered in my work. In addition to bringing us into compliance I believe it will make me a better representative for my school.

I’m really glad that this course has been given to us. It is has been very helpful to me and it I’m pretty sure I will take huge advantage of the resource notebook as a tool in my daily journey. The training course was a good experience because it is important to know the rules and regulation. What I’ve taken from this course has been a lot especially when it comes to informing potential students. With the training I’ve gather up a Resource Notebook that I will use to provide all the proper information. . It is very important to abide by the guide lines in order for the Institute to carry a good reputation.

This training was informative, detailed and fulfilled several purposes. It educates Admission staff with regulatory information and best practices necessary to stay in compliance with Fair Consumer Practices and the outlined CIE regulations. In addition, this training supports staff-institution relationship by requiring information research and discovery. R & D areas extend to school officials, policies, procedures, programs, services, etc. The creation, utilization and upkeep of a Resource Notebook is invaluable. All of the aforementioned empowers admissions team members with incredible product knowledge. Thus, assisting us with tools to improve and master our admissions, enrollment, recruiting and student interaction techniques.

I really enjoyed this training course. It was extremely detailed and influential to admissions reps in my department at the univserity i am employed at. There were a lot of details I was unaware of that i will be sure to mention at our next training meeting with the rest of our staff.

This course has been very helpful to me. I am glad that is has been made a requirement to take this course. I have put together an important Resource Notebook that will allow me to stay up to date with the rules and regulations of the CIE. This will continue to make me feel confident as I continue to speak to many prospects to come, and make sure I inform them well.

I believe this was an excellent educational tool that should be utilized by all of those involved in the admissions process. It was interesting to observe the different methods employed by other individuals working in admissions careers. So many of these concepts so closely align with the ethical practices that should be occurring at all institutes for higher learning.

This training has been very educational, I am experienced in the For profit education center but it is a true statement that we learn something every day! Great training session.

I felt this online course was very beneficial and educated me in many of the rules and regulations regarding educational institutions. I learned a substantial amount of information from this course that I will use daily in my work as an admissions representative.

I appreciated the scope of what was presented through this course as it appeared to cover all the bases. It reinforced both good behavior and highlighted those things which could potentially be detrimental to the students, the admissions representatives and the institutions. The resourse manual will be an ongoing aid to assist in making sure that all concerned with the process of enrollement stay within acceptable guidelines in order that prospective students are treated in respectful manner.

These standards are set to protect the students and institutions.  It was good to learn about them and why they are important so that I can apply them

I had a very good experience taking this course.  There was a lot of important information contained within it, and I liked that I was able to do it online.  I liked that Patty would respond in the Forums.  This helped to highlight important subjects as well as to get feedback, which is always helpful.
