Agent Training Feedback

I found the training to be very informative. I thought that it had a lot of important information that was very much needed to know that was not set up as part of my training schedule that i would have found out if this training was not available. I think that the school specific information was a given and things that I should know at this point of my training, but the more legal things that i needed to know as an admissions representative, where not and i dont think would have been told to me unless i took this training. I mean some of the things that I learned in this training I had learned during my training by just simply asking questions. For instance I had asked that if there was a student that really wanted to go to school but did not have the application fee for enrollment and didnt have a way to pay for it until two weeks out, if I was able to pay the application fee for them. The answer was NO with an explanation as to why.  Which is resasonably understandable now that I read the rules and regulations governing my position.

Overall I did enjoy this course, I kind of used it as a time filler when I had down time, but my participation and completion was mandatory so I guess it worked out.

I found the class very rewarding as well.  With being new to the post secondary world it has given me a greater understanding of what direction our certificate program should take.  This will allow our program to grow in many ways.  I look foward to working on  all of our resources to making them even better than they are already.
