Hello, I learned about the do's and don'ts of what can be said or done as an employee when recruiting. The importance of maintaining a culture of compliance such as transparency between the students and institution. I intend to apply what I learned in this section within my new position as an Admissions Specialist.

I learned that there are Fair Consumer Practices available that breakdown how to stay in compliance when communicating information with applicants.

Honesty and integrity is key to the success of your institution. On going training to assure compliance is vital.

Focusing on the Admissions Training and Licensing, working with compliant students and learning how to implement certain terms and definitions.

is extremely important to have knowledge about the programs and maintain a good communication.

I learned we must always use compliance when providing information about the school and never provide misleading information/ or guess an answer with a potential student

Being honest and transparent about what your school offers. Make sure you follow the rules and regulations but also do not allow students to enroll that are not qualified.

Ongoing training allows an admissions rep to keep current on changes in the law or catalogue as well as examine their current practices to ensure compliance.

Take your time to learn the rules and regulations. Be sure to represent the school properly.

It's important to give out accurate information to all potential and incoming students.

It is important to know the rules and regulations.  To be honest and state the facts to prospective students.

Students depend on clear and non confussing responses to there questions...Keep your responses clear and none confusing by overstating your responses.......your client will be grateful by your honesty and not feel pressured.

Carefully consider your responses to avoid misleading comments.  Students must be made aware of correct explanations to make the enrollment process pleasant and completely understood.

Communication with the other school is mandatory.  You cannot offer advise to the student in regards to this section.

Transparency is essential and it is of the most importance to be familiar with up to date rules, regulations, standards and policies.

It is important to only give  the facts about the school and its program and not personal opinion.

Having clear rules and regulations allows us to provide a quality of service ethic and transparency.

It is essential to only give students accurate information.
