To manage an e-learning environment, an instructor must  monitor students who feel alienated, have an excessive workload, competing responsibilities, and struggle with technical issues. Also, he/she must monitor the discussion threads to keep everyone on target and send personal emails when needed. 

I appreciate the advice to have students do work offline so that they can save the work independent of their Internet connection going out and using that as an excuse to procrastinate.

It is important to make sure that each student participate in the course, keep in touch with them through Email. Let them know that you are there for them.

There are many types of students and building a relationship with them can not only support the online community, but it can help maintain order. 

I have the most problems with the students who are procrastinators. I find that I have to send weekly reminders to complete work, and after the due dates, I send a message to those students who did not submit. I keep notes on students in the NOTE column of the gradesheet.

I feel that most of these problems in this section are dependent on good, frequent communication with the students as well as setting of expectations and boundaries. 

The type of student really does lead what is necessary for their success, not only for them but for the instructor. I have had intimidating students and reminding them about the grading rubric and school policies allows me to stand my ground. I am grateful for that. I am great at record keeping so I am sure to have backup when needed to support my students. 

There are different ways to deal and solve any problems with difficult students within the classroom. Having said that, it is important to keep the communications private, maintain a record, follow the school guidelines and always try to deescalate the situation. 

There are many different leaning styles. E-learning can be very helpful. There are some challenges when it comes to e-learning since teachers and students are not face to face learning they have to relay on communicating through email or platform chat 

Understanding the different types of learning difficulties that may arise with different individuals based on their preference of learning, their distractions, the quiet one, etc. learn to keep communication open as well as Keep all communication in a file under the students profile understand to follow policy and procedure based on behavioral issues to follow The guidelines specifically, as they are stated so that there is no miscommunication as to how a student should respond or receive information from the instructor, etc. 

Maintaining individual student engagement can help students who tend to procrastinate due to the lack of face to face interactions with peers and instructors. Conflict resolution can also be challenging because of the informality of online interactions and should be handled with tact.

Classroom management is still a factor in an online course because there are different types of students who may being challenges. Understanding how to handle this type of conflict or misunderstanding is important because it is hard to convey tone and other communication inferences when we are not face-to-face. 

I learned that some students challenge us and we have to make our teaching fit the individuals.

i think its important to take a closer look at students who are disruptive. There could be a many of reasons, and its important to not right off students as " problem students". 

Procrastination can be more common in an online learning environment due to the lack of scheduled class times and the absence of in-person interactions with instructors and classmates. It's also essential to familiarize yourself with your university's dispute resolution policies and ensure you keep detailed records of all communications and activities.
