As an instructor and educator one must be willing to assess the various learner personalities of each student.

Understanding that some students will be compliant while others non-compliant. Through strategic intervention the instructor will keep the learning experience focused for completion of its goals. 

It is knowing these various aspects of asynchronous and synchronous and integrating the supportive measures by the instructor as the need is demonstrated by said student.

This learning session has helped me to better understand asynchronous vs synchronous. It is knowing when the student may experience more success with one over the other, but the flexibility of these models will allow the teacher to demonstrated effective administrative and management support of student needs.

Learners gain a higher sense of confidence when they know that both technical and instructor support is available.

I understand according to our study, that leaders are the visionary resource of the organization, while the managers are the ones responsible for keeping things in order.

Managers are important to the smooth transition of the day to day processes within the business. Leadership is an essential part of a successful business therefore a blend of management/leadership is demonstrated on many levels.
