Blogs are a great addition to the students ability to discuss certain topics of interests. It allows for student peer collaboration and showing how each other can learn on the creative direction on social media.

We’ve learned that texting language isn’t always great. Also making sure that posts, post and reposts which can help spark conversations and assisting in reaching students.

This topic alludes to how important media sharing is for education,marketing and ultimately networking.

Social media is a great tool for students to show off their skills, work ethic, talent and most importantly gain clients. Social media marketing is a great way to have access to clients and free to do digital marketing.

Understanding procrastination can delay success

I actually loved the continued education on synchronous and asynchronous, and understanding the difference. I realized that the student participation is very very important especially when it comes to retaining information. 

Allowing students to know more about me personally and professionally could really help their growth in their own career path. By sharing formation, techniques, goals and continues education courses would influence the students to not only do better but be more engaged in class and also a great jumpstart to their esthetics career. Estheticians are made in the classrooms but skills such as customer service, customer relations and client satisfaction will exude all greatness into their business and have repeat customers. 

I’ve learned that in this section it is important understand how the e-learning works and how we as instructors could be of bigger support to the students and their comfort level.  Learning that communication is key and becoming very familiar with the system and how it works.
