All information provided to students should be factual.

It is important to give accurate and precise information to students and if you do not know the answer, refer the student to someone that can provide this information so we are not misleading our future students.

Making sure you represent the facts or point a potential student in the right direction to get the answers they are looking for, is better that giving false information to pursued the student to come to your school. Always give information that can be substantiated.

It is of the utmost importance to  know the policies and content of the school's catalog to be able to give accurate information to potential students

Misrepresentation is an all around problem that only we can control. Therefore, it is best that we educate students on the most accurate piece of information about the school rather than opinions with no contextual evidence.

It is important to relay any information accurately and factually as possible. Transparency is vital for students.

Learn what is appropriate to share with students and relay accurate and factual information vs biased information.

It is very crucial to be intentional, accurate and factual with all information be presented to potential or current students.  Providing information that may not be completely true could be detrimental in decision making.

Substantial misrepresentation is a vital thing to consider when conversing with any preospective student, current student, public entitity, or other when relaying information. It is important to speak with factual, information based rhetoric to avoid any instances of misrepresenation. 

Accuracy, truthfulness, and real facts are all part of an institution's integrity.

Compliance training ensures that faculty understand the importance of providing accurate and transparent information, and it equips them with the knowledge and tools to prevent substantial misrepresentations. Ultimately, these programs help sustain a culture of honesty and integrity, reinforcing the institution's commitment to ethical conduct and trustworthiness in all interactions with students and the broader community.

When speaking of any school always edify never de-edify. Speak of others as you expect to be spoken of. 
Also while stating information make sure 100% its factual with factual back up.

Represent the facts

Transparency is a way to make sure there are no misrepresentations.  If you use facts and statistical information, there will be no confusion.  

It is the responsibility of every employee of the school to provide accurate information and to always avoid misrepresentation. Keeping the student's best interest in mind will assist the individual in avoiding misrepresentation. 

There are so many ways to make the mistake of saying misleading information. So it is best to steer clear of over sharing, stay conservative and factual. 

It is all of our responsibility to present information accurately, clearly and fully regarding our institutions

Being honest, accurate and transparent is the key to avoiding misrepresentations.  Stay away from comments like, we have the best industry professionals on our education team; our equipment is "state-of-the art".  Superlatives should be avoided...they are subjective, hard to measure and difficult to verify as fact.
