It's important to be fully knowledgeable about the entire enrollment process to ensure we are giving accurate information to prospective students. 

you must be honest when speaking with potential students.

Transparency is key to being successful

I learned how Florida’s rules guide compliance in admissions. I’ll apply this by ensuring all information shared with students is clear and accurate.

 

We need to have a good and clear understanding of all of all the institution policies, specially they ones that are involved in the admission process so that we are able to share this with the students before they enroll and that way we are ensuring they will be successful in our program.

When giving information to potential students we must be clear and concise. We also must stay compliant so that way we are not breaking policies. 

It is essential to be transparent with candidates around all costs and expectations of their enrollment up front. Avoiding surprises later on will ensure a better experience for candidate and institution.

It is essential to provide students with clear, transparent information about programs , including requirements, costs, and duration. staying in compliance with policies and regulations, and practicing full disclosures ensure students success and protects the institution 

It is important to be completely transparent and follow the Florida consumer practices and guidelines. 

I’ve learned that Florida’s admissions regulations focus on transparency, truthful communication, and compliance with Fair Consumer Practices in every stage of the admissions process. 

Be transparent and provide information.

It is important to be transparent with students about the program and program requirements. If they are given misleading information, it not only reflects poorly on the institution but also leads to breaking policies and regulations that could result in fines. In my role, I need to ensure that I am practicing Full Discloser practices by explaining everything I can to do the student and being open to answer even more if they have questions.

I have learned that giving the correct answer and being honest about all of the things is better

The enrollment agreement is a binding contract.

This module helped clarify the unique regulatory expectations and compliance requirements specific to institutions operating in Florida.

Following the guidelines will never do you wrong, learn the policies on what can be said to prospects and provide the necessary information for the prospect to be satisfied with their question or request.
