I learned there can be transfer credit agreements certain schools can have with each other and certain coursework can already be approved. Good to know information about transfer policy, tuition, refunds, add/drop period/etc. to tell the applicants about.

I've learned that it is important to be transparent with prospective students with tuition and answer questions they are asking for.

This is a great reminder about the importance of being accurate and thorough.

We must provide the most clear and concise information when it comes to tuition costs.

It is very important to provide all the information to students around tuition cost.

What we say or express in writing must match what is displayed on our website and other communication. When marketing there are specific guidelines to follow so as to maintain compliance and transparency, this includes costs, resources, length of programs, and as admissions representatives we must have a strong familiarity with the enrollment agreement.

The information provided to students must be true and clear, and we must not hide it so that the student makes a correct decision. That is why this module explains the importance of information transparency.

This module taught me that you must stay up to date on the state requirements, have up to date catalogs and enrollment agreements as well. All these documents should line up and clearly state to the student all their requirements for class.

I learned that it is important to be up-to-date with the state's requirements and then see how your institution has implemented it. Disclosure to potential students and current students is a top priority.
