This module emphasized the importance of having a clearly written policy regarding transfer of credits to and from my institution. 

In this module, I learned that sometimes it is important to take the time to sit in a class to actually learn about the class and where students can expect to work after graduation. This way, you will be better prepared to answer prospective students questions 

I learned about the admission paperwork management and the importance of having a checklist for the interview 

I learned about the difference between a course and a program and the importance of staying updated and the rules and regulations in order to remain compliant with the CIE
