I learned to use the facts rather than opinions when asked by a student about job placement or reputations of certain programs. I will apply this to my daily role as an instructor and inform my students on accurate job placements and regulations that the school must follow.

I learned that you want to always provide facts to prospective students without giving them a false sense of expectations regarding their program and job placement after graduation.

I learned that providing accurate information is crucial in staying compliant with the state and federal regulations. In addition, I learned ways to provide feedback to certain student responses, while making sure to be following the rules and polices.

Giving correct and truthful information is very important

Throughout this module, I have come to understand the critical importance of institutions offering students information that is both accurate and relevant. It is essential that we avoid making promises or providing any misleading statements about students’ future career opportunities. Instead, our role should be to motivate and support students in successfully completing their programs and considering opportunities for further education. Equally important is ensuring that students fully comprehend all aspects of the paperwork they are required to complete, as well as the seriousness of the commitments they are making. By delivering clear, comprehensive, and truthful information, we empower students to make well-informed decisions that will positively shape their educational paths and future careers. This approach not only fosters trust but also promotes transparency and accountability within the institution.

There must be a  relationship with the institution in order to run NSLDS

I learned about state specific regulations on false representation of school information.

In listening and learning more about the legal materials shared, it is so important that all parties render correct business according to their state's regulations. This information will help all educational institutions in every possible way. Would be nice to share this information consistently in the form of a "lunch and learn" experience at any educational institution.

Provide students with accurate information so they can make an informed decision about the school and the program they want to attend. Abide by the state regulations and guidelines. Provide equality and inclusivity to all prospective student applicants. Provide resources and be supportive to answer any questions students may have. Do inform students of program eligibility requirements for admission on the program of their choice. Provide a tour of the campus.

Toda información proporcionada a los alumnos o prospectos debe ser la más real y precisa.

As an instructor, I am often asked by current students about potential jobs, where could they get hired, will they be able to get a job. I realize I need to be careful about what I say to them, because I could easily mislead them and violate compliance guidelines. I my program's track record and what we are legally allowed to say may not always line up. I will be more careful when communicating.

It is imperative to be 100% honest with each potential student.

Information provided by recruiters must be current and accurate. I plan on giving the most up to date and accurate information to the best of my knowledge.

The agency that regulates private and postsecondary education is called "Arizona State Board for Private Post Secondary Education".

Must provide programmatic graduation and placement rates for previous 3 years

Never discuss placement rates or anything that would imply that we can guarantee the student a job

Schools should require background checks if the intended occupations for graduates require background checks to filter applicants.

In this module. I have learned that it is essential that our institutions provide students with accurate and relevant information. We should never promise or mislead students about their future career prospects. Instead, we can encourage them to complete their studies and pursue further education. It is crucial that students understand every detail of the paperwork involved and the significance of making a commitment. By providing complete and accurate information, we enable students to make informed decisions about their future careers.

Importance of developing and implementing a culture of compliance for the entire institution.

Transparency is essential to represent the school, classes sizes, prices, graduation rate.
