I learned the importance of schools always having to have updated information that is readily available. The staff is the valuable asset that has to set the bar as to the standards that must be upheld regardless.
I learned the importance of staying informed of the evolving regulations with Federal funding.
I have learned that there are many rules in place to protect the prospective students as well as institutional compliance.
One of the things I learned about this topic is the importance of having accurate information so as not to mislead any students.

This module focuses on the importance of institutions having up to date information that is always available to those interested. In addition, it emphasizes the value of staff/departments following what changes are to come.

I’ve learned that when interacting with prospective students, it’s important to make them feel comfortable and well-informed about any questions they have. I want them to feel confident in their decision about school, and I also want to show that I am knowledgeable and able to assist whenever they need help.
