From this module, I learned that Title IX and VAWA are not just compliance requirements, but essential frameworks for creating safe, equitable, and supportive learning and working environments. I gained a clearer understanding of my role and responsibility as a postsecondary professional in recognizing concerning behaviors, responding appropriately to disclosures, and knowing when and how to report concerns.

I intend to apply this knowledge by remaining attentive to student and employee interactions, maintaining professional boundaries, and responding in a supportive, trauma-informed manner if concerns arise.
