It's important to consider the importance of all the details needed to have successful outbound calls. This is called being proactive and it begins with setting an end goal in mind and working towards it. With every call it's important to smile, to be open and listen to the students concerns, it's important to be hands-free to write information on paper or in the CRM system, to also time yourself and be readily available to jot down notes after the initial phone call. This process will ensure eventual success when conducting phone calls. Also setting an hour from your day to focus on prospecting will guarantee that you might get a student or more to come into the campus as well as you'll be able to gauge your improvement when it comes to making calls.

I'm going to be more aware of, and work more on pulling out those hidden obstacles the student has not shared yet, that could be a blocker in moving forward.

It's important to smile, and dress professionally on calls to improve your speech.

Practice makes Perfect!

I was able to get a better understanding of the components of a call, and call management.

It is important to be prepared and engaging.

I learned that preparation, tone, and clear purpose are essential for successful outbound calls. Being confident, respectful of the caller’s time, and focused on their needs makes communication more effective. I plan to apply this by preparing before each call, clearly explaining the reason for calling, listening carefully, and closing with a clear next step.

I have learned that there are 4 components to making outbound calls: call introduction, probing, presentation, and close.

Call components and tone are essential elements of effective phone conversations. I've known this was fact, although I'm not sure I ever thought about the structure. Having a well-structured call paired with an appropriate tone and engaging inflection builds trust and leaves a positive impression. It increases the likelihood of a successful outcome.

I learned more about call components and the importance of using the right tone, talking on a good pace and getting students confirmation through the call.

The outbound telephone call can be broken into four components: call introduction, probing, presentation, and close.

Holding a good posture and smiling could be a great impact when making a call.

I make smiling & dialing a part of my daily routine when talking with co-workers about what i have going on that day.  I have a mirror setup in front of my desk to be sure i'm holding true to that smile :)

smile as you dial so it can reflect in every conversation as you are engaging with your students daily at all times!

I've learned the 10 commandments as well as what truly makes a good call. Which is a call that is made with clear communication on both sides of the call.

Smile and Dial...love this

It is important to know that not being in the right environment often affects the phone sales calls by making it hard to focus on the conversation. We need to strive to create a distraction-free environment.

practicing and smiling through the phone will make calls a breeze.

I learned that putting a mirror in front of yourself during calls is a realistic and sensible thing to do!
