I need to focus more on my energy and listen to my inner coach!

I thought i had good energy, but after this review... i need to step up my energy and reflect on what i need to do better each day.

I should always approach going into my day with positive energy as it sets the tone for my day and those around me.

Your attitude is going to prove whether you can be successful or not.

Arriving early and prepared as well as ways to keep a lecture moving and the student attention span.  

First impressions matter including appearance and positivity.  

The importance of planning in advance and the importance of knowing and utilizing the syllabus.

The importance of being organized for class as well as being a role model for your students and demonstrating professionalism.

I feel i have learned better ways i can receive feedback from leaders as well as provide better feedback to my team.

As they always say... teamwork makes dreamwork.   My small team has a common goal which is getting students to return to school. We can all be more open minded and honest with each other which will help us better achieve our goals.
