At my school our tests are usually multiple choice and we have an key sheet, so our tests are fairly easy to grade. If anything for a class of 20 students, I would take approximately 15 minutes to grade.

Also, online or computerized test administration could completely do the work for you. When you spend less time grading, you can spend more time investing in other things, like lecture preparation and office hours. These are high value for students.
