Managing the Adult Classroom - ED113

While the focus here is in the classroom setting, as a clinical instructor the most rewarding part of this experience is to see the students strive in their clinical placement and reaching their full potential. Provide 1:1 timely evaluations to assess their skills, areas of strength and areas requiring improvement. My approach is non-judgemental and I am always available to support their needs.
