As educators, learning in ongoing. Should we be looked down upon if we are unable to answer a specific question. I am aware that no one knows everything. But working within todays society people are judgmental, especial to those that have titles.

When students are peforming laboratory skills repetition is a must. Repetition will make them understand how the test are done and why.
