This training was informative, detailed and fulfilled several purposes. It educates Admission staff with regulatory information and best practices necessary to stay in compliance with Fair Consumer Practices and the outlined CIE regulations. In addition, this training supports staff-institution relationship by requiring information research and discovery. R & D areas extend to school officials, policies, procedures, programs, services, etc. The creation, utilization and upkeep of a Resource Notebook is invaluable. All of the aforementioned empowers admissions team members with incredible product knowledge. Thus, assisting us with tools to improve and master our admissions, enrollment, recruiting and student interaction techniques.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course and learned a great deal in regards to state regulations as well as the importance of staff adherence. The format was interactive and user-friendly. Looking forward to taking more courses!
