Compliance is Crucial to being a success.

I learned that compliance is essential to protect both students and the institution. I’ll apply this by always providing clear, accurate, and approved information in every interaction.

I have learned that the information we provide must be accurate, current and able to be documented. Also, as a best practice, we should review the news about the career schools and the industries our institution trains for. 

Being up to date with policies and procedures will help us advisors stay compliant. Along with being able to provide the correct information.

Compliance is essential and required. I need to make sure I am up to date on all requirements. I need to ensure we are all on the same page with knowing the requirements and ensuring our candidates are well-prepared.

Compliance is vital, and even small mistakes have big consequences. As a customer care representative. I'll stay updated and share accurate and information to support the institution

There are severe penalties for noncompliance such as fines, institution be places on probation or  be denied for license, revoke license and investigations will be conducted. 

Noncompliance can have a major impact upon enrollment and therefore revenue.

Social media can be a great resource to working with students but as admissions reps, the information must be kept accurate to students. Saying no is for the safety of one's job and institution. 

I have learned that staying compliant with rules and regulations are a best practice for you and the institution you work for as a professional. 

Social media it's a great tool of advertising to reach more students.

This module emphasized the serious impact of non-compliance. I learned that even minor oversights can lead to significant consequences, such as financial penalties, loss of eligibility for federal aid.

Following compliance and staying inside the guidelines is key to reducing future problems for everyone involved. And it protects the University and the Student.

We must stay compliant, or we pay the consequences. It is essential to keep current with the latest rules and regulations.
