Being up to date with policies and procedures will help us advisors stay compliant. Along with being able to provide the correct information.

Advisors are to complete the admission process the way it was provided in the guidelines to assure the enrollment process is done correctly. 

When giving information to potential students we must be clear and concise. We also must stay compliant so that way we are not breaking policies. 

As in advisor it is important that we are transparent with the potential students. Even if we are unsure of the answer, we need to be honest and let them know we will find the right answer for them. That way we are staying compliant as well

As an advisor it is vital to be up to date on all important information and regulations that are being passed. Attending meeting and inquiring about proper documentations will also help in the process.

To have a successful and correct enrollment process, it is vital to have a clear understanding of how the institution works. Ask the proper questions to know exactly what the potential student is looking for in a program.

In this section I learned that it is vital to go over the enrollment process and agreement with the student, so they fully understand the agreement. As well as what their next steps will be. 

I learned that being up to date with the latest information is very important, as well as using the proper terminology. As an admission advisor it is important for us to know the ins and outs of the institution and know where to find the proper resources if we don't have the correct answer.
