I learned the value of taking that extra step and leaving a voice mail to all customers who do not answer our calls.

I really liked the 3 F's concept, I think it can very helpful to better connect with the students.

I learned more about call components and the importance of using the right tone, talking on a good pace and getting students confirmation through the call.

I have confirmed that the goal for each call is to get the student to visit the campus and I have been provided with strong questions that will help be built rapport and have a better understanding of each students goals and how we can help.

I have learned that the information we provide must be accurate, current and able to be documented. Also, as a best practice, we should review the news about the career schools and the industries our institution trains for.

Our main task is to ensure there is a match between program requirements and the applicants interest, qualifications, and abilities to be successful in the training and employment.

We need to have a good and clear understanding of all of all the institution policies, specially they ones that are involved in the admission process so that we are able to share this with the students before they enroll and that way we are ensuring they will be successful in our program.

I learned that the easiest way to meet the expectations of each individual is to ask questions and to answer theirs.

I learned that as an admissions representative its very helpful to be knowledgeable about the industries in which our students are being being trained to work. Also, so back up the information we are able to share with them in regards to career opportunities we can direct them to Bureau of Labor Statistics as it has all of the up-to-date information about every occupation.

I learned the importance of understanding everything about all of the programs that we offer so we can easily suggest a program that meets the needs of the prospects and speak with them with more confidence and credibility.
