Understanding ways to keep students motivated and eager to learn. Be relatable but have high expectations/standards.

Understanding the difference between asynchronous and synchronous instruction is crucial to the delivery of the course content. It is also important for the students to participate in both methods for the instructor to get a better understanding of how the students are progressing

Being prepared for the asynchronous learning by posting all the information needed for the students. Be available for discussion at different times to accommodate everyone.

Understanding the differences between when/how to use synchronous vs. asynchronous meetings is quite helpful for online teaching.

Create groups to have students interact with you and each other. Be responsive and responsible with your replies. Give them a chance to give you feedback on the class or your teaching.

Providing timely and constructive feedback is essential. It not only helps students to improve but also keeps them motivated and feeling supported throughout their learning journey.

I think it is a good practice to respond to every student in the discussion board and ask a thought-provoking follow-up question.

In Module 3, we talked about how to get students more involved in online discussions and how to give them feedback. We learned that it's important to use email to let students know how they're doing in discussions and to encourage them to join in. Giving feedback helps students learn and do better next time.

I learned actually what these two terms meant,synchronour and asynchronous. It is important that out students participate but all that we are available with feedback and or redirection. Alway sleep it profession and direct the conversation in the way of the topic.
