I learned that as an admissions representative I am responsible for sharing a information on a wide range of topics with our students. These topics range from orientation process, academic assistance, counseling to placement and graduation. I also found out that our instution has an 85% graduation rate for students that recieve the required certifications.
That it is important to know what your instution offers as far as student services and that we should learn as uch as possible about the classes, instructors and information as possible.
This is a good module. I have learned that to get good explanation of every program, it is extremely important to participate in every session.

I learned that it's very important to know my institutions format for presenting policies and procedures. Learn the catalog of the school so I have a better understanding of what we have to offer and be able to share that with potential students. I'm sure it would give them a better of getting started if I'm able to be knowlegable about programs and services offered.
I was able to get clarification on all marketing and advertizing methods available to be utilize on the admission process. Also is clear to understand how important is to establish a great relationship with other leaders of the institution to have a better undertanding of all the tools that are available for each program.
This module reminded me how important it is to connect with the other departments in the institution to better assist the prospective student. It’s essential to take the time to learn about all the institution offers and how it is being marketed.
I learn from this module on how marketing companies can benefit the school. Also, I learn the importance of knowing your demographic.

I completely agree with attempting to experience aspects of your institution's program first hand. Sitting in on a class, visiting your clinical sites, talking with the professors - all these things help you, as a representative of the institution, to provide beneficial personal insight to share your experience with prospective students.

It's important for students to have a full team of support and for them to understand who else is availabe to support them throughout their education. Marketing and advertising are important parts of getting our name out to students, but advertising should always adhere to compliance regulations.
The success of prospective students is in our hands, and the option to provide an excellent education and a peace of mind when it comes to career expectations is our duty. By advertising properly we can help plenty of students achieve their goals.
