It's critical that each applicant fully understands their rights and responsibilities, terms and conditions, and everything that relates to payment of tuition and fees, and or repayment of loans if there are any.
I learned that it is important to complete documentation of the Enrollment Agreement. Staff must take time to carefully explain and review every aspect of the Agreement with prospective students.

I have learned the importance of being organized and do the documentation correctly. It is important to keep every file secured and organized. Also, we have to be very clearly and honest with the prospect and their parents so we can be able to explain all the procedures, policies and requirements.
I learned that once the student has been interviewed there is a file created for that student. That file will include all the necessary paperwork and will also need to be sent to our supervisor for proper storage. However, some paperwork included in that file might be handled by different departments. :-)

The information I read in this module is again of the most importance , as enrollment applicationmust be complete and have the student sign and given a copy of their enrollment application at the enrollment time. yes its good to prepare an enrollment package and list all the questions, requirements, and knowing where to send the student to complete their emrollment which financials are apart of the enrollment and where and how to file the student application.
It is important to follow the guidelines to present, and sign the Enrollment agreement.
Admissions needs to start the file on each student and then pass it off to the registrar it seems.
Enrollment agreements must be signed, a seperate section in resource notebook should be made for financial aid info, a new student folder must be made to hold all related files per student.
Hello, I have learned that it is important to know the requirements for each program offered by the institution and recognize the programs with additional requirements. Also, how an Enrollment Agreement must be approved by the Florida Commission for Independent Education. I intend to apply the information retained from this course within my new position as an Admissions Specialist.
