It's imperative to know both the students' preferred learning style, as well as your own as an instructor.
Learning styles vary from student to student and a diversity in learning modes should be utilized to appeal to as many students' preferred learning style as possible.
Because students perceive, gather, and process information differently, I plan to develop a more integrated presentation of materials. When possbilbe, it would be great to create more iteractive projects.

Instructors need to hold their learning preference in check and not rely on to teach because it is the style most comfortable. On other hand, students will benefit from activities that accommodate learning differs from the prefered style. Both teachers and students need to show flexibility.

I learned to be congizant of my personal learning style in order to avoid projecting that style on all students. It's important to determine individual learning styles in order to maximize the effects of the learning process.
By assessing student's learning styles, I can tailor the delivery of my course content to fit the needs of the class. If 2/10 students are Written word learners, but the rest are Auditory or Visual, assigning text studies would only be catering to 20% of the class. By switching it up and using multiple styles of delivery, I can cater to the needs of the entire class, allowing for everyone to have the highest chance at successful learning.
