Honestly...

...I need to get back to work.

Knowledge is Power

I was a little nervous when i found out I had to take the online training course. The four quizz were great but the final exam was intimidating when i realized i could only take it once.I feel like the training was a great tool.

The CM202 Training Experience

I was under an extreme amount of pressure to complete this course within 5 business days. Meeting all the requirements was intimidating at first. (4 exams, 1 final exam, multiple forums to interact with and a survey) To my delight the CM 202 course was very refreshing for me. I certainly appreciated the "Explanation" section at the bottom of each rules section. I was able to complete the entire course in a day and a halves time with other office responsibilities still being met.

my online training with MAX

i was a little nervous when i found out i had to take this online training with quizzes. i am new to employment in the field of education and i was concerned that i would have trouble learning the material quickly. however, i was impressed with the training that the MAX provided. I felt that i could read the material fairly easily and the questions were conscise and appropriate for the material i will be working with in my new profession. i am much more confident now to work in the financial aid department after completing this training.

Knowledge is Power

I feel like the training was a great tool. The training allowed me the opportunity to refresh and to make sure that I remain in compliance.   Very helpful.

Training

Questions that would almost certainly require queries during busy times for faculty and other team members were answered in a comprehensive way during the training. Insight into the big picture in regards to rules and regulation will prove invaluable for accomplishing our mission in a compliant fashion.

Audits and compliance

I found this course very beneficial as I have my first audit coming up in the next couple of months and now I know what I need to do to be prepared and will be able to assist other departments with preparing also.

Agent Training

The training was very informative and educational.  The Rules and Regulations updated me on information I was not aware of.  The Resource Notebook is a great idea, I feel so much more organized.

Better understanding

I enjoyed the training and knowledge from the forums. I feel I have a greater understanding of Compliance. It was easy to follow and it really made me put my thinking cap on. I am sure I will put what I learned to great use.

Thank You,

Sheila Lambert

Building a Compliant Campus

I truly enjoyed the training and it helped in reinforcing my knowledge.  Now, I can pass on my learning to fellow collegues.

Fan of the Online Agent Training!

Super informative information in the Agent/Admissions Representative training modules!  This is my first job in the career college admissions/sales person field, and it's always helpful to learn about new regulations and strategic tips that keep us compliant and successful.  I love the fact that this training is online so we can work at our own pace without becoming bored or overwhelmed with information.  I do think however that the reading in each module could be condensed to be a bit more concise.  Some of the questions in the assessments seemed to be repetetive in that they were simply re-worded versions… >>>

Admissions Training

The training was extremely helpful in a lot of areas and refreshing in others.  No matter how long we have been in admissions, there's always something new we can learn to improve our job performance.  Thank you.

Helpful Information

As a representative that sells in dual arenas I felt this course was very helpfull and will only enhance my ability to better service the needs of the students. Thanks!

As a new representative the online class was very imformatve.  The rules and regulations was great knowledge. Highly recommend this training.

Admissions Training

This training was extremely helpful. I feel that the information covered in this training will allow me to perform my job at a much higher level.

Admissions Training

The online admissions training was pretty thorough and covered essential compliance information that all admission reps need to be trained on.  This course was particularly good for my 2 new admission reps.  Good job on the course and we plan on taking some of the ideas that we learned and applying them to our in-house resource notebook which will be updated on a daily/ongoing basis.

Prospective

The training was extremely helpful. This is my first time working in higher learning industry, specifically in admissions. I thought the the training was relevant and helped me keep my responsibilities in prospective. Also, being able to read the different blogs posted by others that have gone through the training was informative. In addition, the information has allowed yet another avenue for my continued success.

Meeting the challenge of "Change"

We train with the hope of making a difference.  But a difference is mometary.  New regulations, updated sources, challenges to data keeps many of us jumping like a ping-pong ball.  Look but don't touch, touch but don't taste, taste but don't swallow.  Change, change and again more change.  the challenge is constant.

The challenge in all this changing is the williness to adapt to these changes in a positive manner.  If change is constant than our attitude to acept change must also be positive.  This positive attitude must be contagious not only to oursevles but our surrounding.  To our co-workers… >>>

The "Why"

Having worked in Admissions before being employed here there was no formal training on a lot of these measures. You were just kind of told what to do. I enjoyed this training becasue it provides all of the "why" behind the "what". The reasoning as to why certain policies and procedures are in place are just as important and help employees and students understand them more effectively as well.
