Great way to get the information out

This was my first experience with MaxKnowledge and I am impressed with the delivery of the information. It was delivered straight forward and easily organized. This course provided me with the relevant information I need while not clouding it with other irrelevant info.

Delta Resources-FERPA-Matthew Popkin

Of all the information presented, I always wondered how and if I would handle a request of someone wanting student grade information or location. Student information is confidential, and to play it safe just refer the request to student services. I have never been in that situation, but if I instruct long enough I will be in that situation.

feedback

nice to have everything in 1 spot!

Extremely Helpful

This course was extremely helpful, I thought I knew everything about the duties about an Admissions Rep. I definitely learned something new today. Printing some of the subjects to add to your notebook was great addition

Good to Know

This training was very informative. It teaches you how to be a better representative and how to better assist your students by knowing all the details of your institution.

My Training

This is a great way to stay focus and keep the standards that my institution and students needs

Refresh

This couse was very informative, and a great refresher from my initial training. It is nice to also get more information on compliance regulations, and other various topics that directly affect Admissions.

I never knew

As an instructor, I never knew about the volume of regulations involved in recrutment and student support. This course was very informative.

Compliance thinking

It is very important to stay in compliance, therefore I do intend to take this course as I know will help me and our institution to stay up to date with all requirements.

First Hand Knowledge and Second Hand Care

After viewing the compliance in-service course I came away with more than learned lessons. I now see the importance of the "second" hands that touch a student's educational path. In most cases the front line representatives in post secondary schools are armed with all of the pertinent knowledge and current regulations. It is the second line or "hand off" employees that are in most cases the witness to casual exchanges between students (sometimes with erroneous information) or are asked questions that are outside of their expertise. I am glad that I took this course because I feel better informed and also… >>>

Be In The Know!

Very informative course. By participating in the training it keeps the information fresh in our minds. It is always important to stay in compliance, focused on the information and learning best practices!

Wow

This course took a lot of information and did a great job summarizing the big picture.  I was happy to see that some others have the same feelings as I do in the discussion threads.

good course

I will recommed to others

Learning...

Good Information about compliance.  The course was very informative about regulations and policies.  I learned new terms and definitions with this innovative course.

Great Learning!

The information provided was accurate and extremely well thought out. The training delved deeper into the admissions process and explained the nuances of each regulation. I learned new terms and regulations that were sketchy and a little unclear before.

The only problem I had was with the wording of some of the questions they left perception to wide open so it was hard to choose an accurate answer at times.

Great work!

great learning

keeps admissions focused

...I need to get back to work.

Knowledge is Power

I was a little nervous when i found out I had to take the online training course. The four quizz were great but the final exam was intimidating when i realized i could only take it once.I feel like the training was a great tool.

The CM202 Training Experience

I was under an extreme amount of pressure to complete this course within 5 business days. Meeting all the requirements was intimidating at first. (4 exams, 1 final exam, multiple forums to interact with and a survey) To my delight the CM 202 course was very refreshing for me. I certainly appreciated the "Explanation" section at the bottom of each rules section. I was able to complete the entire course in a day and a halves time with other office responsibilities still being met.
