Ethical Practice

The CM102 Course has taught me so much about correct ways to conduct business.
Ethical practices not only help you in the work force or school settings but in
your social life as well. In any type of relationship or communication people
expect most of the common ethical practices like: Responsibility, Fair
Treatment, Accountability, Good Moral Character, and Honest Communication

Be ethical

Don't be the person to give your school, the industry, or post secondary education a bad name by lying to people interested in bettering their lives through education. This is their dream. Make sure you are guiding them through the process in an ethical manner with their needs in mind...not yours.

Ethics!

Don't make yourself and your employer look like an unethical problem. I know that I'll be applying these teachings to my everyday responsibilities as a High School Coordinator/Admissions Rep. There are way too many reps and schools out there that are committing unethical errors and giving good "for-profit-schools" a bad name. WHO'S WITH ME?????

compliance

I took this course to help with understanding the "right ", from the "wrong" when dealing with future students and the overall job that i have to do. this is great in helping you look at things from all angles and performing tasks in the right way.

Career Placement

At Biztech Career Centers we have approached career placement by teaching graduates how to job search. How to adapt resumes to jobs. How to conduct themselves in an interview. It is important for us to help our students get placed, but my logic is we have to teach the student to fend for themselves.

Teaching job seach skills is just as crucial as career training.

We are all measured on placement, so it makes as much sense to spend quality time teaching job search skills alongside career foundations training.

New Outlook!

I learned so much from this online course about all the rules and regulations that are vitally important for sucess in order to help prospective students.  I cannot wait to use what I learned!

Great Information...

The Compliance Training Module was so informative and really helped give me a good sense of the all the Rules and Regulations of not only the state, but also my institution. This kind of training is great for someone who is new to the Admissions world. Thanks!

learned a lot!

Coming into this position, I had a fair idea of what the general do's and don't's were regarding the admissions and enrollment process but after this module, I definitely learned more about the state laws and other regulations. I was unaware that school catalogs and enrollment forms were regulated. This course has definitely added to my existing knowledge in this field and now I am much more confident in my abilities to preform my job extremely well as I feel more competent in Admissions/Marketing.

Rules and Regulation

I have learned from this training that the rules and regulation vary from state to state and they change.  The best course of action is to stay on top of the changes, keep a note book and maintain compliance.  As a representative you have a responsibility to be informed and represent your school.  What my primary duty is to the school as an agent the school assumes the responsibility of and agent of admissions . What I need to avoid as far as being correct and true.  All regulator laws and rules are there for a reason and we must… >>>

Great Information!

The information provided is very informative. It is good information for seasoned Admissions staff as well as newly hires. The information allows reps to practice good practices. Always use intergrity and remember the student comes first.

The fundamental information needed

This course provided the fundamental information that I needed to carry out my duties in a manner that will benefit my students and the organization.  It will help me to stay within the perimeters and guidelines outlined by federal, state, and accrediting agencies in order to provide the service efficiently.

Great course to take online.

Good stuff

This course is definitely a great course for everyone to have to take before actually interacting with students. This course has a lot of information and maybe we won't retain all of it but we now have that background and will be conscious about decisions we make when dealing with students, parents, or anyone involved in the process.

Praise

Great Course that will benefit me for years to come.

Glad I took this course...

I feel much better about reciting certain rules and information to my potential students after taking this course.  The format for the CM201 course layout made it easy to understand, as well as to distinguish just how important certain rules are and why they are in place.  Thanks so much!
