I have been an Admission's Representative for quite some time, but am new to this university.  The course was an excellent refresher and was very easy to use.

I thought the course was very thorough and the interface was easy-to-use and the information was extremely vital. I'm new to the educational field and have learned much more than I had hoped to in a relatively short space of time.

I've been doing Financial Aid for a very long time, and it's always good to get a refresher.   What sets Concorde apart is how we conduct our business by doing the "right thing" days in and out.

It is so important to read all the fine print when it comes to comliance . . missing even the smallest thing can not only hurt the person but the institution!

This was a great refresher course, it was very informative and good reminders of what we can say or can’t say.

Friday, July 26th, 2013 marked the 23rd anniversary of the signing of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA has expanded opportunities for Americans with disabilities by reducing barriers, changing perceptions and increasing full participation in community life. I wanted to review two federal laws that protect students with disabilities from discrimination at the postsecondary level.

Dangerous Waters

Working for a Private, For-Profit, Career School in Ohio, we are pretty carefully schooled in what we can say, what we can't say, and what we MUST say.  Still, through this course I've discovered that there are a number of areas of confusion out there: areas where we are doing certain things in the name of "compliance" that we don't fully understand, giving perhaps too little emphasis to some things, and too much emphasis to others.  Anyone else encountering the same?

I really enjoyed how the learning modules were formatted. It helped me understand the information, while keeping the information organized in my mind. I think this course serves as a great reminder and helps each admissions advisor make sure they are complying with the rules and regulations. 

I feel that this course for on-line was very informatative. My last school had a four week class training course. I enjoyed this training section and learned alot. This section allowed individuals to read at his oe her own pace and dislove the information.This was very helpful. Enjoyment for this training  was a 10 plus.

This course was interesting and very informative....

I was surprised to see that the final quiz was all different as far as the previous quizes.

This training was very different from what I am use to , my previous job was more little test here and there with small group trainings that didnt allow you to tak it all in . I feel this was very detailed and really helped with a better understanding of the rules , laws and whats expected from agents . I feel more confident in what I am doing as a agent and what I can do to better service the prospective student

This course was a great opportunity to remind of the rules of being compliant in a post-secondary setting.

This was a great compliance refesher. The importance of establishing trust through disclosure can never be underestimated.

I thought this was a great refresher course for compliance training.  There have been so many changes that it's very helpful to get upadated training
