I have realized over the last few years, that not changing your instruction (classes that are taught), can sometimes be a burnout, without you realizing it.
It is a great thing to step back, and come with new ways to teach the required curriculum, but to turn - possible burnout - to a fun, optimistic experience for all.
Passion = happy self, happy employees and more importantly have customers.
