Reflection of Training

The training provided good reference and refressers for various aspects such as verbage for compliance integrity, all that are required disclosers regarding program outcomes and expectations, the time period or amount that accounting is able to collect tuition, and what the focus of the program integrity regulations involves. These were a good reminder since certain aspects of them are not used on a daily basis.

Lots to learn

This was a great refresher and a good learning experience.

Gave wrong answer.....how to correct

This course was real informitive since im new to  adult education. I do have a question though. If your student ask a question about their program and you give them the answer answer for which you believe is right. Only later to find out it was not 100% accurate. What is the best way to correct your answer without sounding as if you are unknowledegeable about your program?

Compliance Performance Group

The training really helped me to know better what can and cannot be said to HS students. The rules are VERY different for a private, for-profit...and rest assured the universities ARE listening closely to what we're telling students. And you never know when you're gonna get "secret-shopped"...

As our school's main community relations rep, I have to be extraordinarily careful what is said-- and ours is a strong compliance culture. All the admissions reps do a good job of holding each other accountable for what is being said and how it is being said. Regular team meetings help to reinforce… >>>

Great Info. Great Refresher

I have been in adult education for 10 years now so much of the information I was already aware of.  However, it's always great to have a refresher and see what has changed.  Compliance is an ever changing world! Thank you for course.

Interesting and Informative

Although the Max Knowledge test didn't directly relate to my position, it was enjoyable to take. I learned many things that I may be able to apply to my future career.

Very Informative

Although it is timely, it is a much needed assessment and was very informative.

Improvement

I've worked in this industry before but I have definitely learned so much from this particular max knowledge activity. Like the saying goes, "There's Always Room for Improvement" and for Growth!

enjoyed the course

This course was very helpful in reminding me of all of the necessary items we need to do on a daily basis. I did learn some new information about compliance issues and laws in place. I had heard about them here at work but it was good to get the information first hand. Believe or not, I get these questions all the time about rules, regulations, accreditation and so forth. I feel more informed to answer these questions and give some background as to where they came from. I think it will just enhance the credibility of my school. It's… >>>

Effective Course

As an educational recruiter who has been in higher ed for over a year, the course information was directly applicable to my work.  I learned several new things, and I plan to implement what I have learned immediately.  This was a better-than-average online self-study course.

Great On-line Course!

I am usually not very fond of on-line courses; however. this course did a great job of sharing information while quizing me after each course to make sure I was retaiing everything that I learned. I felt a lot less imtimidated about taking the final quiz after taking the short quizes that could be taken repetitively.

Informing Course

This course was great on expanding the knowledge beyond the title of staff and faculty. It can seem challenging trying to comply when everyone is not on the same page. This course sets the tone to have a professional and measurable standard at the school. Its worthy of the time.

Disabilities

This couse heled me to understand the requirements that a school  must meet for the disability student . It is a challenge to do it RIGHT!

CM202

After completing this course, I would recommend it to others. I've already conveyed in my comments and emails that some of the wordings in the quizzes can be misleading, however overall I'm glad that I learned what I did.

Compliance

It is imperative for adult educational institutions maintain proper standards of being in accordance with established statues, rules and legislation. This ensures the institution continue to reach goals that sustain efforts to ensure that personnel are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant regulations and laws.

Compliance

Always follow compliance and keep up to date information on hand always

complaince

if company is owned by family are we in copmlaince if one person does multiple jobs

Compliance

Compliance to state, national accrediting agencies, and the DOE  regulations is of the utmost importance to schools and their employees who make financial aid available to their students. A course like CM102 is scary in that a person realizes how many regs there are out there, and that you play a huge roll in whether the school is meeting those requirements, or not.

Compliance

Being compliant is very important to not just Concorde but to our students. All departments have a obligation to be ethically compliant to ensure we are not violating any laws or regulations. "When you know better , you do better."
