Teaching on a college level is a new experience for me.  It is one that I did not think that I would like but have grown to love in such a very short time.  I have a outstanding support system where I teach.  The only challenge that I have is because it is something new I am having to learn so much in such a short time.  I have been told by my colleagues that your first year of teaching is always the hardest because you have to learn and come up with so much.  I am definitely up for the challenge and I welcome any creative ideas that the veterans may have.
