Training

Im a new rep and feel that the information in training was very beneficial.  I learned a few new things that I will be able to use after the training process.

Training good for new reps, waste of time and $ for experienced reps

I took this certification course and didn't feel like it helped. I have over 5 years of experience. I guess i feel like this will be more helpful to a new rep or agent. I felt like this took away time from me recruiting students.

This will be helpful for a newer rep though.

Very Productive and Well Structured Training

Being a new Admissions Representative and having just finished the training, I am very pleased with the structure and knowledge provided by the modules. The online program was very easy to navigate and understand in order to perform well on the mini-quizzes and ultimately the final assessment. It does a very nice job of finalizing the training that new Admissions Reps receive once they start their position.

Compliance is also touched on heavily due to the fact that the education industry is highly regulated. Obviously the learning process of an Admissions Representative or Agent is always ongoing and evolving, but this training… >>>

Interesting course; full of great and helpful information

The information shared in this course was helpful information and some information was intriguing like how some laws weren't adjusted or revisited for years.  And also the media aspect of how, in my opinion, nothing is covered unless it is disparaging or causes confusion and turmoil against the institution.  I sometimes think that the higher powers that control institutions should visit the structure of the laws with state institutions as often as 2 years, steadily monitoring the growth.  Overall, great information and I learned a lot.

Final Exam

This was very helpful but would've loved to see the incorrect answers at the end of final.

CM102-DEL

Learning some of the State and Federal guidelines an institution must follow was very interesting.

Wow!!! I didn't know..........

This course was extremely informative.  I was well educated on all of the regulations in the educational world. There are so many ways I could negatively impact my school if I do not follow the rules and regulations.  One slight of the tongue could lead to my school losing funding or even being sued!!!  It is also vital to stay on top of all new regulations.  The educational world is ever changing.

On the same note, as an employee, I have certain rights.  It's good to know what is in place to protect me in addition to the students.

Training

this course was very helpful to me in understanding the new regulations and how to approach potential students and how to be prepared. The notebook of information will be a valuable tool in the future in order to be as knowledgeable as I possibly can when interacting with potential students.

Admissions Compliance Training

I am the trainer for school and did the Compliance training with most of my admissions team and other personnel involved in admissions. I have to say, even though I had made a training module for our school and distributed to my team, when they did the seminar I got a lot of feed back from them, very beneficial as a whole for the team.

Thanks for having such a good program

Training blog

Since the changes in July of 2011 it is a sure bet to error on the side of caution? Some of the questions in the quizzes really made you think just because of how they worded the question.  I sure that was by design. The courses were informative and very relevant to our every day careers.  I am very happy that the company invests in us to keep us out of trouble, as well as to safe guard students.  With that said I learned that states vary in their rules and regulation for proprietary education. I also learned that online… >>>

Training

I feel as though this coarse was a good way to emphasize my original training. I reviewed everything on organization, compliance, rules, policies and procedures, financial aspects, and paperwork. I am new to the state of Ohio and this is the only state I have ever had to complete this type of training in my career. I found it beneficial and necessary for my job type. It also creates a sense of unity among agents and schools in Ohio.

Admissions Training

I thought this course was very beneficial and relevant to what I do in my career.  I've worked in this field going on three years.  A lot of the information I knew, but some of the information I learned was new to me.  I know this is something required to do to be an agent in the state of Ohio.  I think this course should be required nationwide.  It was great to have a refresher on the topics I was already aware of.  Interacting with students and helping them reach their full potential by choosing a college that fits their learning style… >>>

Training Course

I was very impressed with all of the material that was covered. Not only was just Admissions covered but anything and everything that goes along with compliance throughout not only my campus but an overall description. If followed correctly, it absolutely will prevent any negative measures that may arise in the future.

Compliance

This was a great experience on how to show the student that they are protected by agencies and we are here to present it to them for their protection

ORIENTATION

ORIENTATION

Has being the key to the school success. It might tell us what would be our percentage to the retention.

What if a student that is neither qualified to financial aid and rejected by TiTle IV.

That student a 2.8 average has to drop out because of the above mentionned, and presently the student must drop out.

What should be our reaction we the administration?

Financial AID

To be financiall capable entails quite a few factors. Not every student is qualified.

Does the same compliance apply to title IV?

I understand the need for oversite, but....

I believe that the organiztion I work for has done an excellent job in training and informing its admissions staff in the requirements at both the state and federal level. We have eveything to lose by falling out of compliance.

Great Course!

The training was very thorough and the maxknowlege website was easy to navigate. I have learned so much and walked away with a ton of useful information to use in my position to stay compliant and abide by the state's regulations.

Great lessons

Really good training, something I think everyone who is in this industry should attend!

Enjoyed!

I have really enjoyed being a part of the new regulations. We are a very compliant organization and work very hard at our outcomes. This seems like a great way to remain that way, for all institutions! The Max Knowledge course has allowed me to filter through the material and create a manual for training.
