As a rather new employee to both my school and the educational industry, this course was very useful to me.  It help to clarify items which I was unsure of my rights to talk to students about.  I think this course will help me be more confident in interacting with students.

This training was very beneficial because I understand where some of the guidelines originate from and how these guidelines ensure that the admissions process is the same for all students.  I like having this knowledge because I feel more able to speak confidently to prospective students. 

I found it extrememly beneficial that the modules included information that was tailored to our particular states. Being made aware of not only our national regulations, but also state regulations ensures that we are 100% compliant on all fronts.

i wrote down many notes while reading over the information.  I continually was looking through my manuals and catalogs while taking tests and asking other co-workes information.  I do believe that this traininfg was useful but I certainly need hands on experience. : )

Felt that the online forum worked well for this course.

I think the Resource Notebook is a great tool.  It's not only a great way to organize all the information you need, but to make sure you're staying up to date with the latest information.  I put a recurring reminder on my calendar to check for updates to Laws and Rules and also to check in with our Academic staff for any updates to our programs.

This course was much needed.  Everyone should pay close attention b/c as employees that are supposed to help people, we must always follow the correct ethical procedures.  We must always do right by the student, and they will then appreciate our truthfulness and honesty! 

This course was informative and interesting.

Many of these issues have been the subject of seminars and in-service.  But the course certainly tied together a number of loose ends and provided a good overview.

My learning experience I feel will help me a great deal as I continue my career with IIT-Tech. All the different items I read in reference to compliance and company policy makes me realize how important our job as representatives to ensure we are giving our students the proper information for their career choices.

When we're all heald to the same ethical standards it gives our industry and specific positions more credibility.  I feel these standards set us apart from from the sales industry.

This training really helped me understand the statues and regulations of the education department. And gave me a lot of insight about the marketing and admissions process.

Useful information. As long as one continues to work with moral and ethical behavior this is pretty common sense information as well.

I just wanted to add a quick note that this program was well structured and easy to read and understand.  I was happy with the way the content was presented and was happy with how I performed and answered the quizzes and final quiz.  Thank-You Max Knowledge for the experience.
