I intend to use the knowledge I have gained to help our students succeed and also to make sure I am giving accurate information.

Compliance

It is very important for an agent to remain mindful of all of the proper admissions requirements at the school and state levels in order to remain in compliance.

Informative traing

The agent training was helpful and easy to navigate.

Honesty is key!

A good rule of thumb when it comes to Admissions is to put yourself in the student's shoes.  If I was looking to enroll in a school program, I would want to hear factual information about the school, its programs and policies.  I would not want to find out after I have made the commitment to enroll in a program that things are very different than what was presented to me during the Admissions process.  If a student is looking for something totally different that what the school offers, chances are they will not succeed in the program.  It is… >>>

Reflection and Action Plan

As an agent, we are viewed by perspective students as an authority and expert.  Best practices entail always being honest. The student and their success is the number one priority.  It is my role to provide them with all the information they need to make an informed decision about their future.  My goal is to provide them with more answers than the questions they came in with.  If I do not know the answer, I say I don't know, but I can find out and get back with you if that's alright.  I always want to make sure I'm giving… >>>

Changing Lives

As Admissions reps, it is our duty to make sure that we are operating with integrity during every interaction with our students

Being accurate and truthful is the best policy

I have learned a lot in this course. I have found that if you are accurate and truthful about theschool when recruiting is the best way to meet the expectations of your potential students. It makes the job easier to not embellish features and benefits of the school.

Ethics are our job!

Students trust us and we need to act with honesty and integrity.

Helping out

I am here to help the student body better their lives by pointing them in the right direction to reach their goals and career paths.

Positive Student Experience

The goal is to make the student experience as informative and helpful for the student in order to produce a positive student experience.  When I consult with students, i recommend they bring their transcripts from other colleges with them for evaluation as well as other documents.  It keeps them interested and hopefully, the turn around time will not be as long as opposed to waiting after the fact to retrieving information.

Continuing Education

Continuing Education is a must.....there is no other way to keep on top of changes in laws, rules, regulations.  There are always changes in the medical field regarding norms for procedures.  Continuing educations also reminds us, wakes up our minds and has us look at things again.  Continuing educations helps us from becoming complicant.
