Good reminder of rules and regulations.  Very through for understanding of what happens in OHIO. Seems like John really emphasizes that Anyhow, this training is important because sometimes you do not realize what you have forgotten.  Glad I took the time for this to happen.

First of all, I 'm greatful for sharing in these courses, because they help me in the admission department, marketing and just how to explaining or what to say and how to place it.

This is a great way for me to learn all of the things that I am needed to know!

What I get from this course is that is is essential to keep abreast of the regulations, requirements, and benefits of the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges.  Working with students day-to-day, it is always beneficial to know what is the appropriate way to proceed, be it with placement assistance or code of condust issues, explaining requirements, etc.  What I hope to do is continue to perform my duties to the best of my ability, within the guidleines and requlations of the State Board of Career Colleges, and most importantly, for the benefit and well-being of my students.

The information that you give to a future student may be interrpreted diffrently than what you think is being said. Speaking in clear concise and simple terms is the key to communication. 

I will apply what I have learned in this course in order to do my job better and have productive & accurate conversations with my students.

The Color Test needed more time to really explore the overall personalities of the different colors. 

I hope to explore the Color Test more in the near future!

I intend to use the knowledge I have gained to help our students succeed and also to make sure I am giving accurate information.

It is very important for an agent to remain mindful of all of the proper admissions requirements at the school and state levels in order to remain in compliance.

The agent training was helpful and easy to navigate.

A good rule of thumb when it comes to Admissions is to put yourself in the student's shoes.  If I was looking to enroll in a school program, I would want to hear factual information about the school, its programs and policies.  I would not want to find out after I have made the commitment to enroll in a program that things are very different than what was presented to me during the Admissions process.  If a student is looking for something totally different that what the school offers, chances are they will not succeed in the program.  It is… >>>

As an agent, we are viewed by perspective students as an authority and expert.  Best practices entail always being honest. I have learned a lot in this course. I have found that if you are accurate and truthful about theschool when recruiting is the best way to meet the expectations of your potential students. It makes the job easier to not embellish features and benefits of the school. 

Students trust us and we need to act with honesty and integrity.

Try to have more meetings with staff.

Review current enrollment agreements.

Represent school based on current employment income levels.

I found most of what I needed in order to make an effective binder at my local office supply store.  I kept much of the material for future additions to the binder and look forward to reviewing it periodically for a very long time.

This course is very helpful. I am here to help students better in the right direction to reach their career paths.
