In everything, it takes dedication. You have to be dedicated to doing everything that there is to make you successful. Venturing into running an educational instititution is one that can be overwhelming. However, with the right training, tools and resources you'll have what it takes to ensure that both you, but most importantly the STUDENTS are successful.

My goal in implementing this training program was to give individuals better life chance opportunities through education. To open doors in employment markets that have the potential to increase significantly, and to be one of the first in Ohio to do it!

I do not believe in taking a person's money if I cannot help them apply their training in the workplace.  By painting a realistic picture of what the training consists of and applying it to a typical day as an employee I am able to justify a person's investment in themselves both short and long term. This is the philosophy of our school.  Our management team allows me to enroll the right people and not just a number. This sincerity comes through during my interview and is conveyed by all the staff.

After 42 years of nursing, I have one thing to say.  I love nursing.  I love education.  Nursing Education is the best of two worlds.

I believe family is everything.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

If followed are quite effective

As a new faculty member and new to academia, the presentation was great information. I downloaded many of the rules r=to read and refer back to and the websites for future references. Thank you!

I plan on using on this valuable information to recruit students and to remain complaint.  It is good to know that all schools are required to have all agent complete this course because in the end if helps the student chose the best school for them.   By giving the student all the important information it helps the student be able to choose which school will fit his or her needs.

I am super happy that this course was a requirement for the New school. Because honestly I would have never know how to find any of the documents needed to be compliant nor the ones needed for my courses. I really appreciate the set up. i did more of the read the transcripts and listening because i like to go at my own pace but i was happy for the videos also.

This training made sure we knew all the best practices and the rules to follow when helping students.

This was my first time taking a course such as this. I now understand the importance and how my school stays in compliance. I think it is very benefical in knowing the process so as a member of the school you can help keep your school compliant. 

As a Representative of a Learning Institution that operates with the highest standard, one's behavoir must come from a point of good moral principles. Always willing to learn and share with others. Accepting each challenge as an opportunity to grow.

Was more challenging

One of the best practices is ensuring admissions reps are held compliant.  This could be done by consistently usage of a check system.  The admissions manager should meet with the prospective student and cover areas of compliance via question and answer format

I was a good reminder to remain compliant.

I passed with a 92 percent first time

We always need to be on the integrity check list.  The student deserves our best practices and follow the guildlines with in our agent permit.  Honesty is always the best policy
