I cannot stress how important it is to be honest and know what you are permitted to answer and not answer when it comes to potential students.  The wrong answers can cost you your job, potential school accreditation or even lawsuits corporately and personally.  Never guess what to say.  Always get the facts before speaking and if you don't know what to say...ask!  In the meantime, say nothing until you get an answer from the appropriate channels.

I have learned many "best practicies' that i intend to utilize in my job.  All of the information learned today will be utilized in performing my job.
