This was a nice class.

Stress is something can be controlled.

I learned about how to properly handle my stress. Not only to reach out and ask for help from my coworkers, but also to reach to family and friends. While I have known a lot about the ramifications of great stress, this has been so helpful in learning how to lead others through their own experiences.
