This lesson emphasized the importance of communication, and how to identify your managers style of communication and reception to feedback. Being tuned into this and learning to adapt to peoples different communication styles in the workplace is vitaly important, especially in the cockpit. 

Allowing autonomy and self assessment promotes and fosters team collaboration.

Connecting with your team members on a human level and making an honest effort to learn more about them will streamline any project or task and improve the outcome.
