Overall, there wasn't anything new for me in this module specifically, however I do feel it would be helpful for me to be more proactive in reaching out to students individually who tend to procrastinate. Our terms are only 5 weeks so there is a ton of information and work to be completed by adult learners with a lot of other responsibilities whose living situations and priorities can change without notice - like with COVID-19.  We already have a built-in record keeping system "Facutly Journal", which I should consult more often to see what other instructors have notated on a student who seems to be falling behind or not motivated to be more successful.

I haven't experienced conflict between students to the point of having to intervene, like I did in On Ground situations a few times but I also make sure that my tone is always professional and courteous and encouraging and I find being a good role model and joining Discussion as quickly as possible to be "present" and show authority is what keeps it on track and moving in the right direction.
