Prospective students should be given concise and complete information without inappropriate tactics like intimidation and coercing. Lack of information can also be misleading which I highly agree with as well. I will remember to not make any guarantees to students but provide them with facts and consistent details that answers their questions.

Compliance is multifactored and multipurposed for several reasons. When not in compliance, reputation and regulations are at stake. However, when in compliance; operations and expectations set the standard for efficiency, effectiveness, and proper protocols. Lastly, our students are trusting us to do the right thing even when no one is looking.
