In this module, I learned that ethical decision making requires recognizing one's own personal bias, emotions, and pressures that may influence actions. As an Advisor, I plan to apply this knowledge by remaining honest, protecting student confidentiality, help them make informed decisions, and provide accurate information without allowing personal and enrollment goals to cloud my judgement or compromise my integrity.

Providing accurate, transparent, information about the institution's programs, cost, as well as credentials are the key takeaways from this module. The training reminded me of my responsibility to represent the school from a posture of honesty and integrity to help perspective students make an informed decision regarding their education and next steps.

Throughout this module, I have learned the importance of asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and provide succinct, clear information when communicating with applicant's and students. Each interaction should build trust, offer guidance, and respect the students' goals.

In this module, I learn the importance of aligning our daily working with federal governing policies and rules, company values, and ethics. It is essential to utilize the information to share knowledge, build practical skills, and mitigate risk. I will use what I have learned in this module by making ethics a conscious habit.
