Our institution uses CampusVue to track the DNC numbers and we regularly audit calls that may request to be placed on the DNC and then check student records to ensure we are following protocol. It is important that we remain vigilent around these regulations to ensure we are an organization that holds integrity and compliance to the utmost priority.

Once a perspective student requests not to be called we put them as DNC in our system and remove the phone number so they will not be called again.

If a student responds to our attempt to reach them after they have submitted a request for information, we mark them as "no longer interested" and move their profile to the inactive side or delete them. This way we do not contact them again.

We don’t cold call prospective students. In our College we only contact those prospects that have previously contacted us, and if someone tell us that doesn’t want to be contacted anymore, we make the appropriate change so no one is allowed to call any longer to that number.

We call students using a dial system that allows us to click a button to place prospects on the DNC list right away. It also changes their profile so that we are NOT allowed to call them again. It works great!

we have a dnc option that allows us to see those who are on the dnc list making us aware not to contact those students.

Our campus only calls individuals who have submitted their information and asked for us to contact them. If we do reach someone who does not want to be contacted any longer, we have a "DNC" category that we can place them in in our database.

Our school one point in time did do code calling. We now do not cold call prospective students. We only contact those prospective students who have contacted us directly through a personal referral, Advertisements, Phone calls, and emails. If someone should decide they don't want to be contacted by us we immediately note this in our system

Same in our institution we also contact only those prospective students that have contacted us, either by TV commercial, email, radio or newspaper. If a prospective student does not want to be call we make a notation in our system Do Not Call.

Our school does not "cold call" prospective students. We only contact those prospective students who have contacted us directly through phone, website or email. If someone should decide down the road they don't want to be called or contacted, we note this in our database under DNC

Our Institution does not cold call prospective students. We only contact those prospective students that inquired information. Also, we use Campus Vue to track the “Do Not Call” numbers, before we call. We basically double check that the prospective student is not in “DNC” list.

At our institution we do not call random students (cold calling) we only contact students that have called us or contacted us via email. if at anytime a prospective student says they want to be placed on the do not call list we document it in our data base andd the students will be red flagged so we all no not to call.

At our institution because most of our students are from word of mouth we only contact students that call us and request for information. We do continue to call them until they are enrolled or until they tell us not to call anymore. Once a student notifies us not to call anymore we do flag the name with the date we were notifed.

Our school contacts prospective students only after they have reached out to us via our website or other media outlets. What's always interesting to me are the amount of people that do not answer the phone or act surprised when you call them to help them get their questions answered.

As far as old leads are concerned, we will continue making attempts to speak them in reference to their inquiry. If they specifically say that they are no longer interested or request that we do not call, then we will disposition them in our database as such and remove them from our queue.

Our institution has a call center established at our home office and the staff members are trained on how to use the proper conversation when contacteing prospective students. They set up appointments at our campus for those interested in a orientations.

Since my institution does cold call students, we have a separate Do Not Call list built into our contact system. We only call students that have requested information from our institution and if they request to be taken off of our call list then we put them under our Do Not Call section.

Samantha,

It is great that the system is able to track the Do-Not-Call registry especially since you do cold call prospective students.

Cindy Bryant

Using a dialer/call list system we disposition each call and only if we get voice to voice with the right party we are trying to reach we are allowed and able to out in Dnc.

We do let the Person know it may take up to 48hours to get out of the system, so if they do receive another call before then they will have a heads up about it.

our school does no cold calling of prospective students, we do outbound dialing to students that have requested information. if a student or prospect asks to be removed from our calling list we can note that in our database so that the number is removed from our dialer
