Leaving a voicemail is just as important as any other calls that are being made because this is the opportunity to leave a message that can create interest and urgency in the prospective student on whether or not they'd like to call back. It is certainly important to make sure you're using the four C's: Clarity, Content, Creativity and Confidence, to really grab their attention and give them the opportunity to take action and call back.

I'm going to get more creative on my voicemails, and leave very different info on each call.

Learned many techniques for leaving messages. 

By making sure headset (if used) is up to date no technical issue and a quiet background is the most effective voicemails can be useful when calling a student back.

I learned the best way to leave a voicemail, and how to have them be more effective. 

Voicemails should have a clear agenda and direction. 

Effective voicemails should be brief, clear, and purposeful. A friendly tone and a clear call to action increase return calls. I will apply this by leaving concise, professional messages with a clear next step.

Capturing attention and sparking curiosity are critical  when leaving voicemails. I used to call this a "call to action" - end with a clear next step and a benefit or reason for them to call back.

I learned the value of taking that extra step and leaving a voice mail to all customers who do not answer our calls.

I learned new tips for voicemails.

I have gotten away from leaving voicemails for students as i don't feel they have been affective.  Going to work on a new approach to voicemail and start leaving them again this week!

Leaving voicemails its most effective when leaving short and clear messages. 

I've learned to Improve the purpose of voicemails by utilizing the 4 C's: clarity, content, creativity and confidence. Rehearse your ges, eliminate fillers and make sure you exude confidence.

I have learned different ways on how to leave messages. Learn to switch it up and to bring your personality out.
